Prize Redemption and Regulations

To celebrate the grand opening of our Bell Boulevard location and 7th anniversary, both our Flushing and Bell Boulevard stores are offering scratch-off tickets as part of a special promotional event. 

Please note that a minimum purchase is required to participate.

Minimum Purchase Requirements:

Lucky Day: $38 (excluding taxes and fees)

Treasure Chest: $58 (excluding taxes and fees)

Prize Redemption Rules:

1. FREEBIE Prizes:

-You may redeem your prize immediately or use it on a future visit.

-The prize must be an item from your original purchase. Without the original purchase receipt, the prize is valid only for a Pops order.

2. Discount Prizes:

-Discounts can be used on your next purchase. (CASH ONLY)

3. Grand Prizes:

-Winners of grand prizes must keep the original receipt to claim their reward.

4. Customer Information:

-Please ensure your information is entered into our system so we can notify you when your prize is ready for collection.

5. Receipt Requirements:

-Save your original receipt and scratch-off ticket as both are required for prize redemption.

Additional Terms:

-Prizes must be claimed in person at our Bayside location (date to be determined)

-Prizes can only be obtained by players 18 and over or with adult supervision

-All Cash Discounts must be redeemed by 5/31/2025

-There is no limit for obtaining scratch offs. However, offers for discounts cannot be combined.

-Scratch off have no monetary face value

-If you win a grand prize, you may be asked to sign a privacy waiver allowing us to photograph you with your prize for use in marketing and social media.
